More than a Machine Supplier
ÉLITER Packaging Machinery is Your Product Partner
Implementation of a packaging automation project starts with the most foundational concept of packaging and product design and development. Machine are not simply equipment for your production yet the functionality of which is dependent of your product.
Engineering of Automation Starts by Engineering of Product
Packaging never follows a given pattern when it comes to sleeving. Containers vary in size and shape and may come in form of cups, tubs, trays, or bottles which are not like rigid secondary cartons regulated by the sizing of six panels.
Cardboard sleeve thus should be designed accordingly against the containers as well as to fit the expected packaging configuration and formats, from multipack to cluster and available with additional features such as retention cut-outs or retention tabs.
Our conclusion drawn by handling wide range of cartoning and carton sleeving projects is that
“Packaging Machine is not Simply About Automation - It is about Produt”
Your Product Partner from Day Zero
Product and Packaging Designed for Machine
We participate directly into product development and packaging design workflow by proposing the right packaging sizing and shape of carton and carton sleeves that apply for your product, work for your configuration expectation and perform as the branding media instead of simply packaging.
And what's more important, with recommended technical characteristics and features that best align with the functioning of machine.
Machine Developed for Product and Packaging
Every packaging project begins with the product itself. We develop each machine around the product’s dimensions, handling characteristics, packaging material, carton format, required output and line configuration. From feeding and grouping to carton forming, loading, closing and discharge, every mechanism is engineered to ensure stable product handling, accurate packaging and reliable performance under real production conditions.
Our Design Capability of Packaging is Backed by Patents
Selected packaging structures developed by Ruian Huaneng Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., demonstrating ÉLITER’s capability to participate in both packaging development and machine engineering.
Paperboard Carrier for Packaging and Carrying Bottles
CN218930152U · Utility Model Patent · Granted April 28, 2023
This patented packaging structure is designed for grouping, securing and carrying multiple bottles with a compact panel-based carrier. The panel incorporates several bottle-neck locking assemblies and integrated carrying openings for convenient manual handling.
Each locking assembly includes a central opening, circumferential slots and flexible clamping sections. When the bottle neck and cap pass through the opening, the clamping sections support the underside of the bottle neck and help retain the bottle within the carrier.
An additional reinforcing panel can be folded beneath the main panel. Corresponding lower openings and carrying openings align with the upper structure to improve strength, distribute the bottle load more evenly and support stable transportation of the completed multipack.
- Patent title: Handle Suitable for Packing and Carrying Bottles
- Patent number: CN218930152U
- Application number: CN202223165333.9U
- Patent type: Utility model
