SINFONIA CP-20 Side Loade Case Packer draws on the advantages and designs of same type of side load case packers by Germany manufacturers and offers the paralleled operation excellence.
SINFONIA CP-20 is incorporated with functions of packaging stacking and grouping, case erection, loading and sealing (by either glue or tape), serving as an integrated all-in-one system for case packing.
The construction of SINFONIA CP-20 is with robust full stainless steel. With the steering system joined by 7~9 servo systems by either SIEMENS or INOVANCE (for different option of budget). Size changeover is joined by positioning servo motors to facilitate the process of adjustment and reduce the works of manual intervention.

Operation Sequence
Products enter the CP-20 through the infeed system, where they are counted, grouped and stacked into the required case-packing configuration. At the same time, a flat corrugated case blank is picked from the magazine, opened and erected before being transferred to the loading station.
Once the product group and erected case are correctly synchronized, the servo-driven loading unit pushes the complete product stack through the open side of the case. The case flaps are then folded in sequence and sealed with either hot-melt adhesive or tape. After the closure is secured, the completed case is discharged from the machine for downstream conveying, palletizing or warehouse handling.
