PS-50 Pre-Glued Sleever
Compact Cardboard Sleeving Machine
The pre-glued sleever offers a cost-effective and compact alternative to a wrap-around sleeving machine, making it suitable for projects with limited budgets or restricted floor space.
The machine operates through an end-loading process: it opens a pre-glued sleeve and loads the product through the open end. Compared with wrap-around sleeving, this method involves a relatively simple packaging sequence and machine structure.
However, end-loading generally produces a looser fit around the product. It is therefore not suitable for applications where rounded containers must be held tightly within the sleeve using edge-locking features.

Operation Sequence
The machine features a built-in infeed conveyor that receives trays, tubs, cups or bowls and regulates their flow through a blocking gate.
A rotary feeder picks pre-glued sleeves from the magazine. Working together with a downward-pulling picker, it opens and erects each sleeve before holding it securely at the loading station.
Plastic lugs mounted on continuously moving chains then transport the products toward the loading former. At the correct moment, the blocking gate releases each container, allowing a lug to push it smoothly into the erected sleeve.
Once loading is complete, the finished packs are discharged through the machine’s integrated outfeed conveyor.
