The “CRESCENDO” Continuous Motion Cartoner is a compact, high-speed cartoning solution developed as an alternative to conventional continuous-motion machines with complex barrel-cam loading systems. Its intelligent synchronous tracking loader combines multi-axis servo control with dual product insertion, allowing two products to be loaded during each cycle while maintaining a remarkably compact machine footprint.
Fully servo-driven, the “CRESCENDO” incorporates electronic cam profiles and advanced motion-control technology for precise synchronization and reliable continuous operation. Its accessible machine structure also simplifies inspection, cleaning and maintenance, with key components positioned within easy reach through lift-up safety guards and rear-side access.

Operation Sequence
The machine operates in continuous motion. Products are first aligned, spaced and synchronized by the infeed system before being transferred onto the cartoner’s bucket conveyor. At the same time, the rotary carton feeder continuously picks flat carton blanks from the magazine, opens them and places the erected cartons onto the transport system with both ends remaining open.
As the products and cartons move forward, the servo-driven smart loading system tracks the movement of the bucket conveyor through a two-axis servo mechanism. Electronic cam profiles coordinate the forward and return movements, allowing two products to be inserted simultaneously without interrupting the continuous flow. After loading, the cartons proceed through the closing section, where the end flaps are folded and sealed by either tuck-in closure or hot-melt adhesive.
