The C-50S is a customized, lower-speed sleeving machine developed as a cost-effective automation solution for applications that do not require the output of a high-speed wrap-around sleever. Despite its simplified configuration, the machine delivers reliable, stable and efficient performance, with robust construction and quality standards suitable for industrial packaging applications.
Built with a robust stainless-steel structure, the C-80S features continuous-motion operation, INOVANCE servo and motion control, quick-release format components and pneumatic sleeve positioning. Depending on can dimensions and pack configuration, the machine can achieve speeds of up to 50 packs per minute, while the Focke Meler or optional JTP-6 hot-melt system ensures reliable sleeve closure.

Operation Sequence
A flat sleeve blank is picked from the magazine and positioned beneath the grouped cans. The prepared can group is then placed onto the sleeve, and both the cans and sleeve move forward together through the packaging path. As the pack advances, the sleeve is folded upward and around the cans, hot-melt adhesive is applied to the overlapping panel, and the remaining folding and compression steps complete the closure. The finished multipack is then discharged from the machine.
