The C-50S is a customized, lower-speed sleeving machine developed as a cost-effective automation solution for applications that do not require the output of a high-speed wrap-around sleever. Despite its simplified configuration, the machine delivers reliable, stable and efficient performance, with robust construction and quality standards suitable for industrial packaging applications.
Using a cartoner-style side-loading process, products are grouped through a customized infeed system or loaded manually. Once the photoelectric sensor detects the product group, a flat sleeve blank is picked, opened and positioned at the loading station. The grouped products are then inserted through the open side of the sleeve, after which hot-melt adhesive is applied and the sleeve is folded and sealed to form the completed multipack.

Operation Sequence
Products are grouped through the customized infeed system or positioned manually at the loading station. Once the photoelectric sensor confirms that the product group is correctly positioned, a flat sleeve blank is picked from the magazine and transferred beneath the products.
The sleeve is then lifted and wrapped upward around the product group from the bottom. After the sleeve reaches the required position, the side panels are folded, hot-melt adhesive is applied to the sealing area, and the overlapping panels are pressed together to form a secure multipack. The completed sleeved pack is then discharged from the machine.
