myEPM – Digitalizing Inquiry and Quotation Process

Move the packaging automation solutions in a digitalized and smart way. ELITER Packaging Machinery is developing the ONLINE inquiry & quotation tool – myEPM – to facilitate the process of inquiry. The online tool works in a responsive way to present the supposedly packaging model so that the customer can visualize the products to which they plan to enhance packaging automation.

Facilitate First-Step Communication

“With myEPM, the customer no longer needs to elaborate an email. The tool will automatically generate a packaging model for their reference and ask for further information we need to respond with a specified quotation.”, said Zhiwei Bao, general manager of ELITER Packaging Machinery.

“The purpose for which we decide to launch such a tool is to facilitate the first-step communication, given the fact that the customer may not be familiar with the packaging automation and the necessary information. A digitalized first-step communication can boost our process to talking about the details of the project and elaborate a formal quotation back.”, commented Bao.
